I am a Pop Junkie (which is far better than a Junk Food Junkie, or a Gossip Junkie, or a Junkie Junkie). Therefore, when Lil’ Kim …

  • who sent a shout out to her prison-mates on the first or second show of this season’s Dancing With the Stars;
  • who is reportedly $1 million in debt;
  • including $833,000 worth of liens filed by the IRS in New Jersey;
  • including the remaining tax debt includes a $4,089 lien filed by the state of California;
  • $129,410 worth of liens filed by the state of New Jersey;
  • and a $12,599 tax warrant filed by the state of New York;
  • who missed a payment on her Bentley (making her all that more endearing)
  • who danced so magnificently with her partner, Derek Hough, on last night’s show (source: Reality TV Mag);

accredited a good deal of her last night’s dancing success to her “Booty Board” (that’s how I heard it; Peter too “What did she say??? Huh? Booty Board?” which made perfect sense, given her bionic booty), I wanted a Booty Board, too! I set out on an Internet search for “Lil’ Kim and Booty Boards.” Needless to say, XXX-rated sites popped up immediately, sending me back to the leaderboards (as they say), and I now sheepishly see that Lil’ Kim was referencing a ‘Buddha Board!’ Ahhhh, great! Huh?What is a Buddha Board?The Original Buddha Board is a ‘philosophical toy’ that (theoretically) helps us to tap into the parts of us that we never knew existed. It is based on the Zen concept of living in the moment. Buddha Boards sit on a water base filled with natural stones. You dip your paintbrush into the water and ‘paint’ on the board that sits on top of the base. As the water slowly evaporates, so goes your art with it, leaving you with a clean slate and a clear mind; ready to create another masterpiece. Buddha Boards are available, as it turns out, just about everywhere. (Am I the only one who didn’t know what they were?) There are full sized Buddha Boards, Mini-Boards, Greeting Card size boards ranging from $35 to $7 dollars. So get your Booty or Buddha On! And …… spread the Zen word, NOT the icing!JaniceWant more success?13 Ways to Improve Your LuckHow to Build Your Self-Confidence MuscleThree Steps to Love———————————————————————————–Janice Taylor is a Life & Wellness Coach, specializing in weight loss, reinvention, transformation & happiness, author, seminar leader and 50-pound-BIG-Time-LOSER!
