Our Lady of Weight Loss

Our Lady of Weight Loss

What will happen when you become fit & healthy?

No one is an island, unto themselves.
People belong to wider systems, and it’s useful to think through, to know how a change will affect those systems. As you let go of your excess weight, become slim, fit and healthy, it may have an affect on your family, your friends, your job.
And so I ask these powerful weight loss questions …
… How will becoming slim, fit and healthy affect the wider systems you belong to?
… How will your losing weight affect your family?
… How will your becoming more energized and self-loving affect your friends?
… How will your becoming more powerful affect your job?
It may all be good. Nevertheless, it’s good to think through and be curious about.
How will losing weight affect the other areas of your life?
Hungry for more food for thought?
What if weight loss were no longer an issue?
What’s fear got to do with it?
Are you drowning in drama?

I really like your weight loss questions, Janice. It gets me to thinking, which I suspect is the point!

Thinking about the systems is interesting. You are right. Losing weight has an affect on all parts of our lives. Thanks for the ‘food for thought.’
