Motivation doesn’t always come easy, particularly when it involves habits and addictions. (Yes, I do believe that food can be an addiction.) Some of us need a bit of a kick in the tush to kick-start our healthy living regimes.
Here follows a mental-cise (something for you to ponder, think about and even write out in your Kick in the Tush Club notebooks) that will help you to change your mind.

Visualize a future where nothing changes, a future where no dreams have been pursued. No actions have been taken. What does that future look like, feel like? Are you experiencing a deep sense of regret or loss? Might you find the energy, the will, the drive, the motivation to move forward now?
What will it take to motivate you to change, to create the life you’ve always wanted?

Couldn’t agree more. My kick came from Jon Gabriel (I see his ad on this page) and nevereverdiet.com. Weight is falling off esily and I still get to enjoy my comfort foods. Diets just don’t work.

NO-ONE WILL LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS THEY WANT TO! Stop dieting; keep track of everything that you eat each day. Secret information will help you to get the body that you want.
