Fat Suit.jpgDo you want to manifest deep, lasting and significant change? Do you want to permanently remove those excess pounds? Do you want to step out of your fat suit? Then you must journey inward, take a good honest look at your core beliefs, what you value most and your identity.
As Our Lady of Weight Loss reminds us, the first step on this inward journey is to take responsibility for where we are right now, in this moment.
Even though you may feel like you are victim to other people cookin’ up fattening food and serving it to you; even though you may fall victim to the basket of bread on the restaurant table; even though the fast food restaurants make it cheap n’ easy to ingest those burgers and fries – at the end of the day, you are responsible for what you put in your mouth.
