Passionate Living 101: Burn fat & live life large

Tuesday July 14, 2009

Weight Loss Coach logo.jpgMotivation is not task driven. It's all about emotion. It's fire driven. In order to permanently lose weight, we need to be passionate.

And ... you've got to fuel your passion (just like you have to fuel your body and fuel your car!). You have to set yourself a goal that connects to an all consuming desire.

How to Move from Stuck to Unstuck
Our Lady of Weight Loss believe that questions are powerful. They automatically shift your mind into a different space. Questions can move you from stuck to unstuck.

Here are some questions from Our Lady of Weight Loss that will help you to dig deep, tap into your core strengths and find your passion!

What gives you lasting satisfaction? What energizes you? What makes your heart sing?

Please answer these questions in your Our Lady of Weight Loss notebooks, so that you can keep adding to your thoughts and insights as the day and week moves along.

"You can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it." ~ Albert Einstein

More Mind-Changing Questions:
What if weight loss were no longer a problem?
Does God want YOU to be fat?
What are you willing to do to lose weight?

Spread the word, not the icing!

I have been thinking about having the"Lap Band" for quite a while now. I feel that it would add years to my life as I suffer from several medical conditions caused by my weight. e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure, severe swelling in my legs, gout. I can barely make it up the stairs. Unfortunately my income is low (I live on a small pension) and do not have the money to pay for the operation. Insurance does not cover this procedure in Canada, so I am stuck in this fat body. I have tried dieting since I was 12 yrs. old and am now in my sixties. I am morbidly obese. I would like to know what our Lady of Weight Loss thinks about the lap band procedure. I know that I am depressed about my inability to lose this weight! I weigh 300 lbs.

Reductil sibutramine is recommended to patients who do not derive satisfactory weight loss results from regular means such as dieting and exercise. Though proved effective as a weight loss aid, Reductil sibutramine does not guarantee weight loss by its own. Reductil will only help people who are determined to lose weight and who use the drug in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise.

Sibutramine – the active ingredient in Reductil works on the neurotransmitters in the brain and dupes your brain to feel ‘full’ even when you have eaten less. Further, Reductil sibutramine also reduces craving in between meals so that you are not tempted to eat those high-calorie snacks. Thus by reducing your appetite, Reductil sibutramine controls the calorie in-take and thereby helps you to gradually loss weight.
