Sitting burns approximately 84 per hour!

Feeling righteous because you worked out or walked your 10,000 steps? Great! BUT if you think that gives you license to scarf down whatever … forgetaboutit! Keep in mind that a 145-pound woman has to run a mile at 6 mph to burn 116 calories, but she can eat 116 calories in under a second.

I love Dexter! I love the show even more knowing I can burn 84 calories just by watching it. If only I could put down my supersized bag of potato chips…
