The Holiday Diet:  how to wake up thinner on New Year's Day from Our Lady of Weight LossThe Halloween Party is OVER! As Our Lady of Weight Loss says, “All is forgiven, MOVE ON!”
This morning, before anyone got up, I tip-toed into the kitchen – grabbed the leftover Halloween candy and dumped it. Down the garbage shoot … gone! And you know what? It felt good. No great. I triumphed over the call of the “Sugar!”
I invite you to dump the candy, feel triumphant! Head into the Holiday season empowered and in control!
If dumping it doesn’t work for you, then give it away! If you absolutely need to save one or two pieces for another day, okay! But that’s it!

Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” anatomically designed weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes. Put them on in the morning and you literally forget you have them on while increasing your calorie burn, muscle tone & bone density! Weighted vests work great too!
