STOP IT traffic light.jpg
Laugh it up while you slim down! Want to play “The Traffic Light Game” with Janice Taylor, Weight Loss Artist & Coach and Our Lady of Weight Loss, the patron saint of permanent fat removal? Quick weight loss guaranteed?
* * *

Here’s how you play the “TRAFFIC LIGHT” game.
It was taught to me by one of my star coaching clients, Mary! (You are all stars.) And I have to say, I’m having the best time with it. Not only is it a fun game, but it has proven a great tool to heighten one’s ability to practice mindful eating!
Here’s how you play!!! First, print out your own Our Lady of Weight Loss Traffic Light.pdf.
And then … corresponding to your traffic light:
Today, pick one thing to STOP doing! Like – ugh – maybe it’s eating while standing up. Or – maybe you could stop taking bites of other people’s food? I dunno, but you do!!!
Today, pick one thing to SLOW down! Perhaps you’d like to actually chew your food slowly and taste it?! Now, there’s an idea.
Today, ADD something to your day. It could be food, like something healthy – perhaps, a juicy and delicious apple! Or, it could be a fun activity?!
What do you think? A fun game? Feeling more mindful? More aware? Let me know!!!

Dysfunctional Chef: Sloppy-Joe, the Ultimate Comfort Food
  Anyone out there remember the "Manwich?"  In 1969, Hunt's introduced its Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce and it revolutionized the Sloppy Joe.  It sure was a staple in our kitchen.  My mother, the gourmet, used to break it out on special occasions.   No disrespect meant, Mom.  :) Here's

The thing about life is that life has a life of its own, and you just never know when ‘life’s life’ is going to show up and where ‘it’ is going to take you.   For the most part the unexpected twists n’ turns are a mere blip in your day, barely noticeable. For example:  You plan on

Play "She's Got a Screw Loose" - Weight Loss Puzzle and Lose!
Today's Get Jiggy Weight Loss JigSaw Puzzle is inspired by the saying "she's got a screw loose." Have you ever wondered about the origin of the phrase she's got a "screw loose?" The phrase, which means "something is wrong with the person" dates back to the 1780s, when the industrial revolution

I stop to eat more especially carb depending on the demand of my energy to accomplish greater task,I slow down to eat when i don’t need too much energy because my demand of getting energy from food is not needed,ugh!just the opposite of my first statement,lol.I add up more time for laughing out loud with friends after a very busy day,laughter is the best medicine,we all know that,through laughing
we can release all our fatigues and stresses we have each passing day,plus drinking juice and not just coffee and water,especially when we drive home,the juice will keep us somehow awake after a graveyard job,i think.

Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” anatomically designed weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes. Put them on in the morning and you literally forget you have them on while increasing your calorie burn, muscle tone & bone density! Weighted vests work great too!
