3 Weight Loss Tips: New, Mind-Twisting and Fat-Melting!

Our Lady of Weight Loss' Fat SuitPermanent Weight Loss isn’t just about what we eat or how much we exercise! There are external factors at play that can and do influence the way you eat and how you burn your calories!
1. QUIET on the set! Adults eat and drink more when there is background noise! The louder and faster the noise, sometimes called music, the more you will eat! And the slower, more romantic music, the longer you’ll stay at the table and eat. Either way, quiet on the set!!!
2. LIGHTS, camera, action! Bright, fluorescent lights will also affect the speed at which you ingest your tasty tidbits. So, soft lights please, or candle light.
3. MASTICATE your food! Here’s a “faToid” that you are gonna’ love! When you chew your food (masticate: to chew), your saliva releases an enzyme call Amylase that turns carbs to fuel, rather than storing them as fat. And chewing your food well lessens the amount of air that you take in, which lessens the amount of bloat!

Thanks Janice for the Biochemistry of food intake.I had background on the subject and you just reminded me about how carbohydrates turns to
glucose in the body and the role of an amylase enzyme to carbohydrates
metabolism in the body.I know that the carbohydrates will turn to glucose,a sugar form and excessive intake of it will be stored to the liver causing us to gain more when not burned.Janice, thanks for letting me know some undermined factors to weight gain, from now on,i’ll think about that and will welcome candle ligth date in the future, lol.and a dinner under the moonlight at the beech, lol.and also,
will require chewing exercise before eating with my date, awesome idea,Janice, what a new way to start a teenage healthy date! lol. Thanks!

Chicago liposuction
The formula to weight loss is easy…Eat less & exercise more! If you remember this on your weight loss journey it’ll be a piece of cake* (which you can eat but not the whole damn thing. lol.) Now put the rest of those chips and dip down and bust a sweat!!! (5-6 days a week for 1 hour!! Add resistance training and interval cardio sessions and you’ll see your body change quickly. Don’t eliminate nothing from your diet…just eat less of it…Trust me I lost 60 pounds in 8 months..

Just start eating a Raw Food Diet. You can eat as much as you want of uncooked fruit and veg and still lose tonnes of weight. Angela Stokes lost half of herself from 300lbs eating this diet and looks beautiful and vibrant now!
