This week’s ‘Get Jiggy JigSaw Puzzle’ was inspired by my jones for peanut butter. Just love the stuff and you know, the natural kind, is good for you! Here’s a great recipe that makes a stupendous breakfast, lunch or snack.
Get Jiggy Peanut Butter Smoothie
One Serving/ Approx. 300 calories
This smoothie is overflowing with protein and monounsaturated fat from the peanut butter, potassium from the banana and protein and calcium from the yogurt.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 frozen sliced ripe banana (peel & slice bananas, toss in zip-lock bags, freeze for smoothies!)
1/2 cup plain greek low-fat yogurt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
