50 CENT Quick Weight Loss

50 CENT Quick Weight LossNever too thin? Take a look at these photos of 50 CENT, once a Beef Cake now a pancake and think again!!!
The infamous bad boy went on a crash liquid diet and walked for three and a half hours daily on his treadmill for nine weeks in order to lose 50 pounds, as he readied himself to play a cancer patient in the film, “Things Fall Apart.”
50 CENT is now set to ‘find’ his pounds (If you lose it; you will find it.) He’s eating big time now and will be back in shape soon enough.
While all of this extreme behavior is for 50 CENT a part of his work, we have an opportunity here to step back and ask ourselves …

My healthy weight is a weight which is within the acceptable range and even if it’s nearer to the upper limit but I feel comfortable with it, I will stay at that weight. Of course with a fluctuation allowance of (+, -) 1-2 kg..Being too skinny is scary :O

Wow he looks horrible! That can’t be good for you to do that to your body even if it is for a movie role. He risked dropping dead of a heart attack from lack of potassium. No movie it worth that!

I’m not sure if he looks too skinny now; would need to see the rest of him too.
I feel he looked too heavy before though. I think our culture is used to seeing fleshy sized bodies. The culture in Japan supports lower BMI’s, around 20. It’s probably why they live the longest.

He looks horrible after loosing that weight. He looked much healthier before. I have a mission to lose and maintain my weightloss. I have lost 22.5 lbs by changing my eating habits. I still have to loss 24 – 34 lbs to be at my healthy weight of 130-140 lbs. I know I can’t do it alone so everyday I pray for God to help me stay on track and do it one day at a time.
