Hi Janice, I really enjoy your art. I’m going to write you and see if it’s for sale or not. Is it? Hope so, ’cause it’s inspiring and if I could hang an Our Lady in my kitchen, maybe I’d lose faster! Thanks for the art and info! Becky

Dear Janice: (our lady) How did you come up with that handle? Is it meant to be a religious title, or just a playful poke at the Blessed Virgin Mary? I’d really like some ideas on trimming a few # and at the same time, toning up what i like. Also, a lot of emphasis has been placed on the need to ‘look good.’ is this a good reason to lose?

Shota with green tea advice

drinking 16 ounces of water before a meal is a great tip to lose weight as it makes you feel full and you eat less.
I would make one suggestion thou, instead of water I would make it green tea beacause green tea is known to stimulate your metabolism. If you increase your metabolism you burn more fat.
besides that, green tea has a great deal of health benefits that most westerners dont take advantage of and lets not forget that green tea is delicious.

why should you drink green tea instead of water?
another great benefit of green tea is that it contains a lot of polyphenols and especially epigallocatechin gallate. It is a very powerful and useful antioxidant that helps to stop the growth of certain cancer.

The water tip is good. People need to quit dieting and change the way they eat forever. They could do these things forever so if it works ok. I have more thoughts on losing weight permanently on my blog as well. Thanks for the good work you do

This is a great tip. I always try to drink a lot of water, but in the summer it’s easier because I live in Las Vegas and it gets well over 100°.
I can’t wait to read more.
