Tip #5: Manifesting Dreams:
A Side of Light Heartedness with a Pinch of Salt

Good Day Tushkateers!!!

How’s your manifesting going?  (Referencing my last Tuesday’s KICK in the TUSH- 4 Steps: How to Manifest Anything and Everything).  Did you read through and begin to focus on what you truly, really, honestly want?  Were you able to see it and experience it as if it already happened?

A gaggle of Tushkateers sent me emails (thank you!); some asking me for more tips on manifesting dreams.  I thought long and hard about it.  So, today, with your permission, I’d like to add an important key that will undoubtedly allow you to MANIFEST WHAT YOU WANT

Know this:  Your manifestation may not; more than likely will not be an exact replication of your vision, your dream.  You may have to adjust your fantasy to fit the reality.

Whenever I imagine something that I want, invariably it is 75 degrees and sunny; there’s no traffic, I’m smiling, everyone around me is smiling, hugging, happy.  The physical reality is always somewhat different!

You dig what I’m sayin’?  So, it is uber-important that you approach manifesting your dreams with … drumroll please… here comes the Tip of the Week:

Manifest your dreams with:
A Side of Light Heartedness with a Pinch of Salt!

Both Our Lady of Weight Loss and I invite you to, encourage you to check your heavy baggage at the door; remove your confused heart from your shirtsleeve, and lighten up

Approach life with flexibility and playfulness.  You cannot make something happen.  Essentially, it is best to get out of the way and allow things to happen.  The most effective way you can do that is to cultivate a light and playful heart.

Being playful

*  improves your health and well-being,
*  provides a ‘time-out’ from stressful situations,
*  boosts your immunity,
*  strengthens and intensifies charisma, and
*  helps you to live in the moment, in the now.

Review:

No matter what the circumstances of your life may be at this particular moment, or whatever your mood-of the moment is, let’s agree that taking a break from the heavy stuff is a good idea.

1.  Check your baggage at the door.
2.  Remove your confused heart from your sleeve.
3.  Approach manifesting with a playful attitude with a pinch of salt.
4.  Allow the manifestation to happen.

For a major jolt of inspiration watch this PBS documentary:

Don’t Stop Believin’: Everyman’s Journey follows the real life rock ‘n’ roll fairy tale of Filipino singer Arnel Pineda, who was plucked from YouTube to become the frontman for the iconic American rock band Journey. In this Cinderella story for the ages, Arnel, having overcome a lifetime’s worth of hardships, must now navigate the immense pressures of replacing a legendary singer and leading a world-renowned band on their most extensive world tour in years.

Have a spectacular, playful, light week!  You can seriously (with a playful attitude and a grain of salt) manifest your dreams.  If I can, you can.
