When shopping at Sunflower Market, I picked up their monthly magazine, which is chock a block with health tips, recipes and more – and this recipe popped out at me for a few reasons. It’s delicious, healthy, easy to whip up, it weighs in at only 330 calories per serving! AND it’s a slow cooker recipe! (guess what I got for the holidays!) … Just its name gets me to salivating?!
