Luke 15:8-10 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
We’ve been sitting with the Father, joining Him in His watch. He’s watching and waiting for His prodigals. His eyes scan the horizon just waiting for the first glimpse of His beloved’s return. We are joining Him and praying. He tells us that our prayers are the force necessary to change the hearts of His children. He’s confident that our prayers will avail – so confident that he’s fattening up some of his livestock to prepare for the pending celebrations. He is full of faith.
So, we continue to pray.
I speak to the minds and wills of prodigals and say, “Reject perverse ideas! Stay away from every evil in the Name of Jesus Christ.”
I command doors to open that would bring godly influences into their lives. I slam shut every door of evil influence in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
I take up the call to ferret out the wicked and free Your child from the grip of evil. I call down the powers of addiction in Jesus’ Mighty Name. You must go now. I bind the spirit of pride and arrogance. You must leave in Jesus’ Name.
I ask You, Father, to remove the film over the eyes of the deceived. I apply the Blood of Jesus to these eyes and cry out for mercy. I cry out for justice. I cry out for repentance and returning. May these beloved prodigals once again believe the good news – the good news that You are loving, forgiving, and just waiting to celebrate their return.
Amen
After I prayed this this morning, I looked back at the tree where the Father was waiting, and He was not there, just a few apple cores and a dove. There is a note simply saying, “Be back tomorrow.” He loves it when we wait with Him.
“Okay, Father. See you then.”
In the distance I could hear someone whistling a tune… “Softly and tenderly Jesus is calling…”

My prayer request is for my precious Grandaughter who is having some difficulties in school. She is the most precious child anyone could ever want to be around, but seems she is lagging behind the rest of the class. Her reading skills were not addressed properly while in kindergarten therefore putting her further behind of the class. My prayer is that God has her where He wants her to be and that with this incredible assistance of her present teacher she will come out of the funk and begin to excel in the way she should be for her age and grade level. I pray for the teacher who is working with her to help in bringing about this change which will benefit her in the years to come. Thanks be to God for schools and teachers and parents who care and work so hard to see that their children are properly prepared for their future in this world today. In Christ Name, I pray. BHC

I would like to say a prayer for a missed and dear friend and another person who I have become involved with, I pray for healthy decisions to be made in their lives, whether they are with me or not. I pray that they will learn to love themselves even though life is sometimes hard. I pray for them that they both will be able to win in the battle between right or wrong when it comes to their addictions in this life. I pray Jesus that you will take hold of their life and help them both to see themselves in a different view. I pray with them that they will not be tempted, and when and if they are tempted I pray that you will shield them and help them to be strong enough to leave it alone. Amen

My prayer request is for my family members, whom I love dearly. Mom,grandmothers, aunts, uncle, dad, cousins, godsons and goddaughters, daughter in law. May the precious blood of Jesus protect them, from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet, also a very special prayer request, reguarding my two sons, they are 1oyrs apart in age, one is 22yrs old and youngest is 13yrs old. My youngest loves his brother so much and just wants to be around him,but my oldest takes potshots at him periodically, more often than not. He teases him or makes remarks off and on,and it hurts my youngest, it hurts me too…I get on my oldest,he’s the adult, why do u do/act like that? Oldest feels i protect him, I do,just as i protected HIM from being picked on,that’s what a parent is suppose to do protect, but HE IS HIS OLDER BROTHER,Lord Jesus, please intercede and come into my oldest’s heart and bring them closer with respect/love which i know he has but,not showing as much.My oldest is setting ground for how their relationship will become…but I know the Lord has a plan and Jesus, I lift my oldest son/youngest son/grandson to you for protection and your guidance, may they have the brother relationship that you have for them, blood of jesus…from crown of their head to the bottom of their feet…guide and come into my son’s heart and heal wounds..only you can…I pray this, in Jesus Name…thank you lord I love you…Amen

This prayer goes out to my children. I pray my son finds christ and he can stop his drinking. My son has had a hard life and he needs to find forgiveness in his heart. I know how it is. It is very hard finding forgiveness for all the wrong that was done to you. But once you do let all that angry go in turn everything over to the lord you will feel so much better. And for my daughter I pray she also learns to forgive and learns to trust again. I know things can be different if only they will turn ever thing over to the lord.

I would like to start by thanking God for everything good and bad in my life, because I know I will learn something new from it and there’s alwalys a purpose for everything. I pray for my family to be a healthy one in love, peace and harmony to give Glory to our Father, because I know everything else will be added to it. And I pray for my husband to grow in Jesus and to have a hunger to know more about the Word. And finally, my marriage to be a healthy one in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
