BEING CATHOLIC: BEYOND PARTISANSHIP AND LABELS

Catholics are the quintessential swing voters in this presidential election. Whoever wins the Catholic vote in key battleground states is likely to be sworn in as our 44^th president in January.

Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good is challenging the notion that our faith can be reduced to single-issue politics or narrow partisan agendas with a new YouTube video. Warning: you might get goose bumps. The video highlights the breadth and depth of the Catholic social tradition and Catholic participation in public life. It shows Catholics across the spectrum working to end poverty, standing up for immigrants, ending war, and building a consistent culture of life. This is a proud reminder that Catholics have always been at the forefront of creating a just society, speaking prophetically about the sacred dignity of the human person and serving the common good.
