I beat up the Democrats on this blog quite a bit so when they do something honorable, I think it should be noted. I'm thankful that Pelosi has kept her promise not to attempt to impeach Bush and Cheney. She said it was off the table and evidently it is.
Pelosi should be commended for keeping her promise...

michele,this is one case where i get a lot of flack from many democrats and liberals. i agree with pelosi on this.in other circumstances, maybe hearings and investigation would be warranted. considering where we are, plus being at war, impeachment would do the country more harm than good.i'm glad that she kept it off the table, and glad that republicans initially wanted to bury it, too. i only wish that they hadn't changed their minds to try to score points. there really are more important things for both sides to be working on.
