Um...today Rush implied that there was no real difference between some of the Republicans running for president (he didn't name names but you know who he meant) and Clinton and if the country was going to be destroyed, he'd rather it be under a Democrat than a Republican.

And I say "if" because many of us conservatives are thinking about sitting this one out or voting for a third party because we don't see too much difference between Clinton and McCain.

Rush has jumped the shark. If he can make statements like that then he can no longer be taken seriously.
McCain's time came and went. McCain isn't going to win so fortunately this will be a non issue in the end.
Rush is only stating the obvious that McCain is not the best conservative in the race. He is well aware that Mitt Romney is the best Republican candidate to beat Hillary. Rush is not allowing religious intolerance to get in the way of what is best for America and her future.
