He doesn't say how though. Good luck with that. BTW, he tries to say that the way Democrats nominate their candidate is more "democratic" than the way that Republican do. I don't get his definition of more democratic when the Republicans actually allow the voters' delegate to nominate the candidate and not some party hack. And of course Stewart doesn't ask a follow up question because he knows Dean won't be able to respond.
