Some Congressional Democrats are "too busy" to endorse Obama
Yeah, sure they are! If you are a Democrat from a right-leaning district, would you endorse the most liberal Senator in Congress? Why would you tie yourself to a guy who wants to raise taxes during a slowed down economy...
They must be racists!
Today from The Hill: "At least 14 Republican members of Congress have refused to endorse or publicly support Sen. John McCain for president, and more than a dozen others declined to answer whether they back the Arizona senator." So, I guess it's the same on both sides.
In terms of high gas prices, Obama and everyone else is against high gas prices, except maybe W and Cheney. It's been the Republican policies for the past 8 years which have led us to $4 per gallon gas. There are differences in how both sides want to achieve lower prices, but it's just silly to say Obama has no problem with high gas prices.
In terms of taxes, what happened to fiscal responsibility? McCain, when he was supposedly a budget hawk, was against Bush's tax cuts and now he's for them. When W took over, there was this huge budget surplus...now there is a huge deficit. Bush said that tax cuts would stimulate the economy and actually raise government revenue. So, he and the Republican congresses he had lowered taxes and then spent more money than they took in. The policy was a failure. The result is that we now have a large deficit and one that is growing every day. Why? Because we're charging a war to a credit card. Good idea? No wait, the war was supposed to pay for itself with oil revenues...hmmm, is the check in the mail?
Thank the good Lord that some people actually use the good sense that God gave them. If only we all would look at the facts and come to educated conclusions...well, we would all be better informed. And remember everyone...it is written...If God be for us who can be against us??? Fear not. And above all Trust in God.
You see, this is where the Hefelump party is lacking. Too much time and energy is being spent on challenging Obama, and no time is spent on supporting McCain. If he is so great tell us why. I get it that you (in the greater plural sense) are not supporting Obama. So what makes McCain the better candidate. We spend so much time and energy on the offense, that no one bothers to score any points. THIS is offensive! This is the problem with the political system as it is currently being used (not as it was intended, but it was never really used as intended).
Michele...have you heard anything more about the fellow who reportedly had a tape of Michele Obama saying "whitey"?
I figured. Maybe you should check on the reliability of your guest humorists before you invite them to do guest schtick on your blog.

oh, well ok then.. good thing god is on "our" side and not "theirs", huh?
and who really cares about who endorses their party candidate? it's really not that big of a deal. michele would have you believe that these dems aren't going to vote for obama in november.
Well, I actually was going to vote for Obama. But if (what was that guy's name again) Heath Shuler of (what was that state again?) North Carolina is too busy to endorse him, obviously I'll have to stay home. Thank you Michelle for settling my vote.
Where does this crap about the Democrats raising taxes come from??
It's the biggest lie I have heard so far, so stop saying it. You can't
be listening to McSame, when the occupation of Iraq for five years
is where all the money is going, and GW Bush is the reason this country
is in trillions of dollars of debt. The republicans are raising taxes, not the democrats. The republicans raise taxes on the middle class working people, salaries have not kept up with the cost of living for at least 15 years and the middle class is fast becoming the poor class. No more republicans, they are anti-human beings and liers.
Hopefully the rich will have to start paying their fair share of the tax bill if there is an Democratic President, they don't deserve any
tax cuts, Obama plans to take away their tax cuts. For a change
it would be nice if the middle class working people whose jobs are
being outsourced and with no new industry in the country when they do have jobs will get the tax cuts. No more tax cuts to rich 'Exxon Corporation can't even give the people a break, by lowering the price of gas at the pump, so Exxon, etc, doesn't make a big profit, they must learn to give to the have nots, not to the haves, like their executives, who certainly don't need to make the kind of money they make. The distribution of wealth in this country is unfair, the US
has to learn to be a moral country.
The Obama's are "Chicago" politicians. They'll send out some muscle to "convince" these "fellow" Democrat legislators, that it would be better for them to support Obama rather than to try and cast votes on Capitol Hill with a cast on both arms. And Michelle, can never shake her Chicago-infused anti-white hatred. It is literally part of her. Americans (that aren't hypnotized by Obamanization) can survive racist and hateful people in the White House. Hmm, I wonder how long into Barack's term, before the name of the White House will be changed? Now that's gunna be fun to watch go down. Lefties love redefining society via neologism.
aw, how cute, we found another skinhead wannabe in mr. d.
