Yuck! Due to Japan’s aging population, they’ve seen an increase in demand in porn with elderly stars:
Ryuichi Kadowaki, president of Ruby Productions, says they started producing adult videos with people in their 30′s to good sales. They creeped up to 40 year old actors and they sold even better. Kadowaki says they went up to actors in their 50′s, then 60′s, and now they’re producing an entire line of adult videos with actors in their 70′s.
[...]
Tokuda says his friends are envious, because he’s in a job where he’s valued, something many seniors lack. “Seniors get depressed because they don’t have anything to do. They go crazy,” says Tokuda.
I think that societies might want to rethink the age of retirement. Since we are living longer and are much healthier than previous generations, we really should push retirement to the 70′s instead of the 60′s. I know you working people probably don’t like that idea but you might be happier and healthier working than you will be sitting around reading the newspaper, surfing the Internet or watching TV all day. And it might help you to refrain from jumping into a career in porn to avoid the boredom of retirement.

Why “Youck!”, Michele? Are old people no longer allowed to have a sex life? Or is it just the yuoung and the beautiful who can sfely get it on without your moral approbation?
P.S. If this surprises you, you are more naive than I ever imagined.

“Yuck!”, not “Youck!”
Could we please have a preview function?

And a consistent auto-populate function for the name fields?

Thank you for giving me a good laugh!
This is a career path for the elderly that I had not thought of… What a great conversation opener at the shuffleboard gathering!

Hey, just because Oba-san is the porn star in question doesn’t mean it isn’t porn….But like other posters, I agree that the elderly do have sex lives. Interesting issues arise in caring for our elders….

You see, there is something to look forward to as we get older.
