You'll get arrested even if you're white:
He said: 'I was outside the Oracle Shopping Centre and as a joke started pushing and rattling one of the bicycles that was locked up outside, as I'd had a few drinks. What's amazing to me is that the guy is joking and they still arrested him. Their criminal justice system is out of control. Thank the Lord we live in a country where you have to beat someone up (or commit some other form of assault) to be arrested for calling someone honky.'The security guards told me to move on and that's when I made the comment - I didn't think about it, I just said it as a joke.
'It was in jest, but they took it very seriously. They restrained me and called the police.'

He said last night: 'I admit I was being a bit cheeky, but I never meant to be offensive or racist at all.
'Honky is a word that a lot of my black friends use to describe a white person, so I suppose that's why I was charged with racial abuse. But it's ridiculous that I was taken to court over it.

I don't think this is an issue of finding something funny or liking it.
The white supremacists groups say much worse things in the leaflets they drop on lawns in my town. At least in Massachusetts the only thing they can be charge with is littering.
Do I like or agree with what they say? No I hate it and I think they make fools of themselves.
Do I think a law should prevent them from thinking or saying what they believe? No because a speech or thought crime law which can be used against those I disagree with could someday be used against me.

"And it is against the law to use any offensive term in reference to another. As well as scripturally wrong"
I'll agree with scripturally wrong, of course. But illegal? I don't understand that.

The late Flip Wilson had a comedy skit on his TV show that was politically incorrect, but funny. Ole' Flip was the judge (Here come da judge!). A hot black lady was being charged with disturbing the peace by a white guy. She wouldn't stop honking her horn for her boyfriend. But, the judge ruled in her favor. So, the white guy pleaded "Why?"
Flip replied from the bench, "Because she is the honker and you is the honkie." I guess he would be busted in Britain today.

"Repent for thinking it funny to demean others."
Are you telling me to repent? For what? Scriptural reference please.

Please. It's time to make every Member of Parliment and everyone who has anything to do with legislation, and every journalist and every police officer in the UK read "1984" once a month. Orwell was only off by a couple of decades.
