Here's a neat idea destined to warm the cockles of the most hardened heart. A group of artisans is auctioning off a whole slew of really beautiful creations and all proceeds go to feed the poor. Call it what you will: early Christmas shopping, benevolence, a break from this infernal campaign, however you frame it, it's a good thing. Just another way to add to the beauty.

Yes indeed...a very good thing. Thanks for posting it. It looks like a good place to pick up a couple of Christmas gifts.

it's unfortunate that these artisans have no "actual responsibilities." i wonder if palin will pick up on that and mock them publicly during one of the most watched televised speeches. she shouldn't allow good, charitable things like this go unmocked. it would be a missed opportunity for her.
