Biden's spending the week preparing for his interview with Palin

Why in the world would Biden need so much time to prepare for a debate with a "bucket of fluff?"

Following a rally in Detroit with Barack Obama Sunday afternoon, Joe Biden will return home to Wilmington, Delaware to prepare for his Thursday night debate with Sarah Palin.

The Delaware senator's schedule is blank until he flies to St. Louis for the debate, though he will head to Washington to vote on the bailout package when the vote is scheduled in the Senate.

Spokesman David Wade says the only preparation Biden has done up to this point is reading and talking to a wide range of colleagues, among them senators Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein.

So, in preparing for a debate with a woman he's getting advice from other women? Typical.

As long moderator doesn't ask questions like, "When was the TV invented?" "Who was the president during the depression?" or "What is your position on coal?" he should be OK.

If Palin doesn't trip up or look like an idiot, she wins this debate. Just like Obama did Friday night (according to the MSM and the polls :-)

Sarah Palin had a beautiful speech ready for the rally against Axmadinijad in NYC last week, but the Liberals had her disinvited. Dennis Prager pointed out that such folk are Liberals first and Jews second.

The demonstration against Sarah Palin in Philadelphia Friday night was ugly. Sarah Bernhardt's comment about wanting Governor Palin to be gang-raped was also ugly.

I clearly said that Obama is not Muslim. I will say (and stand by it) that the people of Obama's family tree have stated that they want Israel wiped off the map.

And the people from your family tree have stated in the past that they wanted Judaism and Jews wiped off the map. And then they tried. I don't care what each side says, I look at history and what's already been done.

Sarah Palin had a beautiful speech ready for the rally against Axmadinijad in NYC last week, but the Liberals had her disinvited. Dennis Prager pointed out that such folk are Liberals first and Jews second.

Dennis Prager is not well liked in the Jewish community, much because he makes common cause with evangelicals and we look at him as someone who consorts with the enemy.

Jews are Jews first.

The demonstration against Sarah Palin in Philadelphia Friday night was ugly. Sarah Bernhardt's comment about wanting Governor Palin to be gang-raped was also ugly.

It was Sandra Bernhardt and yes, it was ugly. But everyone knows she says what she likes just to get attention.

"Bridge to nowhere...you mean the one that Obama and Biden voted to remove from the list...AND voted to give Alaska the funding anyway? That bridge?"

yes that bridge. obama and biden never claimed to have voted against it. she did by way of lying.

"Troopergate...that trooper that tazed his stepson?"

that trooper, the one who was suspended for 10 days (reduced to 5) for being stupid and tazing his stepson after he asked to be (and it wasn't a tazer gun, either). but like karen pointed out, troopergate isn't about wooten (her ex-brother-in-law).

"Secessionist husband...and? Have you been to Quebec lately? Or are you Democrats not into political freedom?"

is quebec now or was it ever a state of this union? no. and? (btw, i'm not a democrat.)

"But Palin's beliefs should be examined no MORE than Obama's should."

i couldn't agree more, and since conservatives from the religious reich have hammered on obama's pastor, and on obama's faith (christian or muslim?) then palin deserves no more and no less scrutiny for her wacko practices and beliefs.

the witch hunter pastor from kenya prayed this:

"In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, every form of witchcraft is what you rebuke. In the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, father make away now. Come on, talk to God about this woman. We declare, save her from Satan. Make her way, my God. Bring finances her way even for the campaign in the name of Jesus. Use her to turn this nation the other way around."

"What she prayed was that the task in Iraq be God's will."

here's what she said:

"Our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God."

"Is this all you have to throw at her..."

oh, that's not all. these were just the fun ones.

"Our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God."

Out of context, that sounds really bad.

We need to pray that our national leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God.

From Ashcroft's Wiki page:

"Ashcroft, a fervent lifelong member of the Assemblies of God church, helped bring the denomination more mainstream recognition ... Ashcroft writes of his anointing himself in the manner of Biblical kings, before both terms as Missouri Governor, using Crisco cooking oil when no holy oil was available."

That's quaint. Really. There, but by the grace of God ... um, I was sorry to see Ashcroft go.
