Palin talking smack about Biden

Monday September 29, 2008

Categories: Politics

"I've been hearing about his senate speeches since I was in, like, second grade. I have to admit though he is a great debater and looks pretty doggone confident like he's sure he's gonna win. But, then again this is the same Senator Biden who said the other day that the University of Delaware would trounce the Ohio State Buckeyes. Wrong!""

This doesn't sound like someone who's afraid of going up against the best and brightest on the Democratic side, the man with all the foreign policy experience on the Democratic ticket. I don't think she looks too scared :-) Maybe she knows that all she has to do is show up and not drool and she'll win the debate. The bar is set pretty low for her.

Y'all, I just hate to be the one who breaks this to you, but there's not a thing Mrs. Palin can do to save McCain's nasty old prevaricatin' hide from the lickin' he has coming to him.

How can Yelladawg be so sure, you ask? Here's how:

Obama is ahead in North Carolina.

North Carolina, my friends, has not voted for a Democrat for president since 1976.

Do y'all hear that rumble comin' from way over yonder? I do declare, sounds an awful lot like a landslide to me.

That would be nice ... those stolen elections don't set well with me.

nor do the "gimmies" where supreme court justices are put in the position of paying back the party that put them on the bench.

new statistics in tonight!

real clear politics has obama ahead nationally by 4.8 points (48.8 to 44.0). here's where he stands in the battleground states:

Battlegrounds Leader RCP Average
Florida McCain +0.3
Ohio McCain +0.6
Michigan Obama +6.6
Virginia Obama +3.0
Minnesota Obama +2.8
Colorado Obama +5.0
Iowa Obama +9.2
Nevada McCain +1.7
New Mexico Obama +5.5
New Hampshire Obama +1.3

florida and ohio are very, very close. and the beauty is that obama doesn't really need them to win. but every red state to turn purple is already a change for the better.

intrade quotes obama at 64.4 to mccain's 34.0.

again, according to rcp, mccain is viewed favorably by 51.0, unfavorably by 39.0 for a spread of +12.0. obama is viewed favorably by 54.0, unfavorably by 35.9 for a spread of +18.1.

Can someone give her an IQ test ? It seems that because she is so ill informed, and educated that she has to talk "street talk" to make herself look good...she acts like a high school gang member. You can put 500.00 glasses and an expensive suit on her but inside is still trash.
