They’ve since withdrawn the ticket they issued to a man who was hit by a car helping two women cross a busy intersection during a snow storm. The police department says that he contributed to the accident by jaywalking! Unbelievable.

But that’s just it, he was helping two little old ladies, but he wasn’t helping them cross in the intersection. A Texan like me doesn’t know much about snow, but I have driven enough not to care for people darting about willy-nilly to cross the street when I can’t brake for them.
I hope the fact you’re bloggin more means you feel better, Michelle.
