I'm a little disappointed that our president is a bit of a pig. I was hoping he wouldn't follow in Clinton's (or VItter's, Ensign's, Sanford's, etc.) footsteps. Hopefully he just likes to look but not touch. I wonder what Michelle thinks of her husband getting caught leering at a woman's tushie?

Update: Of course the Obama lapdogs are already defending the president against charges of leering. "Oh it was all so innocent when you watch the video. Sarkozy is obviously leering but the president was just watching his step." Sorry, but even watching the video, it looks like he's checking her out but he's being a little more discreet about it and with a woman like Michelle as his wife, I'm not surprised that he'd want to be discreet. She looks like she could beat him up (with those muscular arms everyone is raving about).

It strikes me that what is truly shameful here is that a group of desperate Obama bashers took this moment, when he looked in the direction of a 17 year old delegate to the conference for a total of THREE SECONDS, while clearly turning to help another young woman down a steep step, and turned it into something which now makes her the “butt” of all sorts of jokes.
The young woman is trying to be a responsible citizen who makes a positive difference in the world. Now, people whose own political leadership is rife with all sorts of sleazy sexual scandal, have used her to try to portray President Obama as a “pig.” She must feel humiliated, and I think that is shameful.
Michele, have you ever applied that term to Newt Gingrich, Robert Livingston, Henry Hyde, Rudy Giuliani, John Ensign, Mark Sanford…or any Republican philanderer?
Having reviewed many of the responses, I will say that I am also disgusted by the shallow, mean-spirited attacks on Michele's appearance.
There's a lot of growing up that needs to be done on both sides.
The best way to respond to a shabby argument is NOT with a shabbier and meanner one.
If you don;t want her judging people based on appearnces, I suggest you not do it either.
