The woman’s daughter had a disagreement with another girl, so the woman posts a sexually suggestive ad to Craigslist with the girl’s telephone number. And what’s worst she’s a social worker. She’s had to have dealt with abused children while working for the state. How could she have set this girl up for abuse?
According to prosecutors, Margery Tannenbaum posted the ad to get revenge after an argument between her daughter and the girl, who attend the same school in Hauppauge, New York.

According to Suffolk County authorities, the mother of the girl intercepted calls before her daughter answered. She said she received 22 calls in one day, in all around 40 calls from various men who saw the ad, including some seeking an escort service. After Craigslist was issued a subpoena, authorities said they were able to track the account to Tannenbaum.
And what does this tell her daughter about handling conflicts? That you enact revenge?

First of all I hope this woman is being fired from her social worker job. I am also hoping her own children are taken away for awhile. She is a SOCIAL WORKER,she obviously has some kind of mental problems if she let an argument between two children bother her. Then I think more charges should be filed. I would think this would go under child pornography,because we know that, that is what she was thinking about, why would she have posted it if she didn’t know Nothing was going to happen? She should be charge with that along with being forced to register as a sex offender. Maybe then she’ll learn

Another sick, twisted “social worker” in the news. Last week we learned about the official at Duke University Frank Lombard, who worked as a highly degreed social worker in AIDS research. A gay man, he and his partner adopted 2 African American babies, and Lombard has been molesting at least one for the past five years, broadcasting video of the molestation online in pervert chat rooms, and was caught attempting to solicit other gay pedophiles to come to Durham, NC to pay for sex with the little boy. It’s long past time that social work programs at colleges and universities be taken away from radical leftists who use these degree programs to promote depraved and disgusting ideology. Social workers are supposed to care about children, not exploit them.
The media has also refused to honestly report the facts about these cases and that has to end.

I first heard about the Duke story on CNN…I believe they are part of the media. In fact, I believe that many claim they are part of the “leftist” media.
As for social work departments in colleges being run by leftists who somehow advocate pedophilia…show me one! Your claim is beyond ludicrous. In fact, I can recall when many of the people who first began to highlight child abuse were denounced as a bunch of leftists who wanted the state to take away the rights of parents…even when they were committing the most monstrous abuses.
Pedophiles espouse all sorts of political views. And, as the news has demonstrated in recent weeks, there are conservatives who claim to be fighting for family values certainly don’t walk the walk.

Wow! It doesn’t matter if Ms.Tannenbaum has ever had any problems or been in trouble. Obviously her “problems” have never been seen until now. It takes a sick person to do something like this to a 9 year old girl. It doesn’t matter whether her child and this 9 year argued or not. Tannenbaum should loose her Social Service Worker License and then whatever the Judge deems fit for additional punishment. Social Workers are to protect children! It is a part of life that children argue and sometimes have disagreements. Tannenbaum taught her child nothing in the handling of a disagreement.
