If you like music and you haven’t watched the NBC show The Sing Off, then you need to mark your calendar for next Winter! The Sing Off is a vocal competition a la American Idol, but with a cappella performance groups. The show is an exhibition in soaring vocal talent and it has become quite popular in only its third season. Last season’s gospel influenced winners Committed are currently recording their debut album, and the search for the next champion has begun!
The audition process begins in May with a tour of sites throughout America. If last year’s pool of talent was any indication, it will be highly competitive, but the show is all about the love of music so any and all a cappella groups are invited to try out!
