All good advice!
May I also say that on the part about changing the subject – doing that often got me into more questioning (may have appeared as though i was hiding some big thing or afraid to talk about it) so I suggest, if that fails,aim to keep the mumbling/rambling (ie dont start on about space and Buddhas throughout time..:D) to a minimum and be direct, kind and open -unless that’s not you then just Be!!
