PRINCETON, NJ — A new low of 26% of Americans approve of President Barack Obama’s handling of the economy, down 11 percentage points since Gallup last measured it in mid-May and well below his previous low of 35% in November 2010.
Obama earns similarly low approval for his handling of the federal budget deficit (24%) and creating jobs (29%).

Looking at the mood of the country and the state of the economy one wonders how Obama will be re-elected next year. A lot can change between now and then but it’s really difficult to turn a recession around in a year.
How are things looking in Ohio concerning Obama?

Steven, the most interesting thing about Ohio is that while S&P downgraded what Obama is in charge of, the US economy, Ohio whose credit rating was in the dumper (negative) was lifted upward to STABLE according to my local newspaper, The News-Herald! What’s the difference? Before we had Ted Strickland, a communist Democrat, ruining the Ohio economy and now Governor Kasich, a Republican, has been in office since the last election in November — and already the Republicans have started to turn Ohio around. We got SB5 — similar legislation to what Wisconsin passed concerning the dictatorial, greedy, commie unions — and look how Wisconsin has turned around. They went from broke to getting more income with the R’s in charge, so much so, that they are able to hire more teachers. Republicans know how to fix the economy and commie/socialist Dems know how to steal the money and redistribute it to get votes and into their own pockets. Jim Quinn on his radio talk show said that LBJ declared when he signed “The War or Poverty” back in the day, he said “– that’ll get the n——- voting for Democrats forever!” (That may not be the exact quote, but the “n” word was definitely a part of the quote and getting their votes forever was — and according to Quinn, it’s documented!
