Watchwoman: My DH and I were not the only ones who didn’t bother to listen to Obama’s political campaign speech Tuesday delivered under the guise of the State of the Union. I didn’t want to get a case of the irritations, working up my allergy to the itching obamaginations. I wasn’t alone. Read below the names of more who snubbed him. U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn was not the only federal official to skip President Barack Obama’s annual State of the Union address Tuesday.
As cameras scanned the audience assembled in the chamber of the U.S. House of Representatives, it was hard to miss the fact that only five of the nine U.S. Supreme Court justices were present — Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. and Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan.
Though Justice Sonia Sotomayor — one of Obama’s appointees — was likely on her way to Guam, where she’s scheduled to speak at an upcoming judicial conference, conservative Justices Samuel Alito, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas were conspicuously absent.

Congratulations on being so ignorant about the Address. Your company includes someone from Kansas, who when speaking about working with (against?) the President on the debt limit issue, said it was “like touching a tar baby.”

AP, I’m not ignorant. Smart. I heard it all before, just another fund raising campaign speech and he said nothing that he hasn’t already said before. Same ol’, same ol’. The Democrats have nothing new to offer. Just more socialistic programs, higher taxes, less defense, and the continuous ruination of the US economy. Why listen to junk rhetoric like that? A waste of good time. Obama is a social, cultural Marxist, having been trained in the methods of Saul Alinsky. What’s the point of listening to Marxist principles? N O P O I N T !!! I’m much better off reading material that actually teaches one about the U.S. Constitution that Obama violates regularly and lawlessly.
