As planned WHITECOAT II will conduct 42 meetings on Capitol Hill In October and November 2011 along with key Senate and Congressional leaders as well as professional staff of House Armed Services (Tri-Care), CMS, and various NGO allied organizations. Additionally: Whitecoat will conduct like efforts four more times in 2012. Attached you will find a “Whitepaper” that gives a technical overview of the kind of technology we wish to deploy. This policy-paper is written for the techno-crat staffers on the Hill. Additionally: WHITECOAT II will utilize national radio and television and written/Internet media, featuring Dr. Vanek to underscore our political and market objectives.
