URGENT: Court Observers Needed
Two full day hearings for reallocation of custody ‘rightfully’ back to mother at the Trumbull County Family Courthouse

Tuesday, June 7, 2011 and Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 9:00 AM
Downtown Warren at the corner of Rt. 422 and Main Ave. across from Mickey’s Army and Navy Store
If you can only attend 1/2 a day, please do. I’m guessing the hearings will go from 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm.
This is the MOST IMPORTANT set of HEARINGS as this will determine a little gir’s future life!
This will be in a courtroom and we need to pack it out. The child’s abusive father and his current wife will be testifying.
Please jot this in your schedule and try to come. I know you cannot come if you are working, but please tell others to try to come who are not at work. This court has violated the law way too long and it’s time to hold them accountable. Especially since they are allowing the abuse to continue to an innocent child, who is held hostage and is isolated on the west coast.
This FIVE year travesty began when the father ABANDONED his 13 month old daughter and his wife of 4 1/2 years in 2006. He has committed many offenses, contempts, and court order violations. The court has not address the many contempts rightfully filed against him (the latest being he took the child to the west coast without permission). A contempt was filed with an order to return the child in late winter of 2011, which the Judge has still not addressed. At the last hearing in spring – 2011, there were 25 court observers present, who saw the mother’s attorney, catch the father RED handed in several LIES. This is called perjury. He showed his true colors by dictating orders to mother in the court’s stead, and it was clearly pointed out that he was only concerned about himself and never acted in the child’s best interest.

We, the tax paying public, pay the people who work at the courthouse, including the judge and magistrates. How long will we allow the dog to bite the master’s hand who feeds him???
This court is destroying our children and it must stop now. For this child’s sake and for all the children coming after her in this court.

Please call the Court house directly to confirm that a hearing has NOT been postponed or cancelled before you leave to attend.
Or partner up with someone who will call, then relay the message. (Phone Chain)
As you know, they have been known to cancel a hearing within a couple of hours of when it is scheduled.
When you call give them the scheduled hearing time and the Magistrate or Judge and the case name.
