What would you do if you had no fear? Ride a motorcycle? Speak in public? Trust yourself?

I’ve always heard you should do one thing a day that scares you. I do this most days.

I developed a fear of driving and meeting other cars after a particularly traumatic car accident. I am happy to say I am still out there, driving slowly, praying, breathing deep. Being able to calmly drive anywhere equals independence to me, so I will not give up or live in a spirit of fear.

Fear is a part of life. It is when that fear prevents you from functioning normally, that problems start to manifest.

We can all move beyond fear. It takes time, it takes effort, but it’s worth the wait.

“Fearlessness is like a muscle. I know from my own life that the more I exercise it the more natural it becomes to not let my fears run me.”

” Fearlessness is the gateway to success. One should therefore shun all kinds of fear. ”
