You deserve happiness!

You really do…. we all do. I thought this was a timely post after the long ( and lovely ) holiday weekend. I haven’t always  had Labor Day off, so I consider myself lucky!

Today  it’s back  to the normal week schedule,  I like routine. It keeps me on task and gives me something to look forward to. What about you?

I’ve complied a few quotes on keeping the faith during challenging/hard times and just on life in general. But before you read them think of one nice thing ( or more ) you can do for yourself today. Don’t skip this part, it’s important.  Do you have your one thing? Here is mine: I’m going to take a 2 minute stretch break and make a big glass of raspberry lemonade AND I’m going to savor it. Slowly. While thinking of a happy childhood memory. Done.

And now for:

Quotes on keeping the faith and getting the most out of life:

There are no failures – just experiences and your reactions to them.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

The journey of thousand miles starts with a single step. – Chinese Proverb

People can alter their lives by altering their attitudes.

We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.

A misty morning does not signify a cloudy day. – Ancient Proverb

Faith is the daring of the soul to go farther than it can see.
