Reverand Wright is Wrong Again

Referring to "them Jews", Jeremiah Wright blamed Jewish voters for keeping his former parishioner, President Obama, from giving him a call. And while he was at it, he blamed "them Jews" from keeping the President from speaking out more forcefull...

Prior to the first Reverend Jeremiah Wright dustup during the presidential election I had never heard of the man. Not wanting to judge someone on a few comments presented without any context, I watched a speech of his that was televised live on FoxNews. I found him to be intelligent, very articulate and a powerful speaker. Yes, some of the things that he has said in the past have been taken out of context and cherry-picked by the media, but there are still some feelings that he harbors that are anti-Jewish. I wouldn't go to him for spiritual advice but I would still listen to him speak and gain some profit from it.
Must have been one of his less hate filled speeches, YN.
I don't think anyone had heard of him until the presidential primaries.
Jews certainly must be busy lately. Creating Obama, taking over the banking system, keeping Reverend Wright out of the loop. Where do you find time for all this?
People will believe what they will believe. I am becoming a believer in gun control.
Can you imagine how much coverage there would have been in the mass media if the comment about "them Jews" had been made by George W. Bush's former pastor, rather Barack Obama's former pastor? The major media have been pretty darn quiet about this story, which tells you a lot about the agenda they bring to their jobs every day.
Steve you are right. There would have been outrage. Obama sat and listen to this for over twenty years. He never left and had he lost the election I am sure that is where he still would be attending. He called him UNCLE. And Obama claims never to have heard him talk like that before. Just look at Obamas radical friends and who he hung out with. It all makes sense.
He is a racist as are the people that go to that church and listen to Wrights hate speech. I have listen to sermon upon sermon that Wright has given and with each the hate speech gets worse and worse. Obama had to kick him to the curb to win the election. And Wright is ticked off.
The leftist press does not care and will hide everything negative to protect those in office....those that are Democrat that is.
I question anyone that would profit from anything Wright says.
FYI, Wright is no longer paster of that church. He has retired to a mansion, living the life of a rich man.
No one profits from folks like Wright or VonBrunn or the KKK, or those who feel that their religion has all the answers.
Wright's former church is UCC. As far as I understand, the UCC is an INclusive church, not an EXclusive church...welcoming those of other religions looking to change churches, homosexuals, blacks, whites, etc. I would also be surprised if that particular congregation was all "hatefilled". Just a question... Why did you listen to all those Wright sermons if you find them distasteful and hate filled? Research??
