Your Charmed Life

Reinvention, Re-creating, & Starting All Over Again

Sometimes things happen. Everything was great and then: wham! The job goes, the truelove isn’t true, the yearly checkup has bad news. What do you do? You marshal your resources, give it all you’ve got, and RE-create a charmed life if need be. Here’s my take on this, based on “Recreate a Charmed Life if You Have To,” from Living a Charmed Life (copyright 2009, Victoria Moran, HarperOne).

Tomorrow is my swan song ...
Hi, friends -- I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I would be giving up this blog at the end of my contract period. It's not an easy parting, since I look forward to our chats, but I haven't been able to figure out how to blog every day, have something worth reading every day, and still keep enou

Peace on Earth ... but maybe not quiet ...
I just visited The Writers Room. It is a wonderful place where serious writers write lots and lots of real books: the evidence is on shelves when you walk in. I'm grateful that three professional contacts wrote me glowing recommendations and thrilled that I've been invited to join. But I don't think

Do You Use the Guest Towels? -- a guest blog from Elizabeth Grant
Do You Use the Guest Towels?  by Elizabeth A. Grant One of the greatest obstacles I see with clients is that people have trouble valuing themselves highly. Somewhere along the line, they took on a belief that they aren't worth much. A friend of mine is an artist, and she's really struggling wit

Victoria, I had the blessing of reading your blogs, I enjoy them everyday you are a wonderful writer. I adventured to buy one of your books “Creating a Charmed Life” and I love it! You give so much motivation and wisdom in it, and your writing style is so neat that I even read with my daughter and it becomes a wonderful wise moment shared. I can’t wait to read “Living a Charmed Life” unfortunately it is hard to get it where I live, in Ecuador -South America; so I have to wait until my next trip to the US to get it, but I wanted to use this comment to let you know that what you do is truly a blessing, and an inspiration to many of us. Thank you for letting us know we are here to live Charmed Lives.
Love and laughs,
Veronica
