Preparing for Christmas

What’s working for me is writing my screenplay on the weekends — headed towards the finish line! I’m stepping up my workouts and weaning myself off of chicken/turkey. I’m drinking green tea instead of decaf coffee (went from regular coffee to decaf to tea). Thanks for reminding us to look at what is working versus what is not working in our lives. It’s important to “congratulate” yourself instead of beating yourself up!

What’s working for me:
1) vegan diet
2) drinking herbal tea (and sometimes black or green) over coffee
3) getting more exercise/dancing more
4) Keeping my home tidy and clean
5) doing a lot of “soul goal” planning and taking steps, however small
