Are You a Pessimist or Optimist?
I don't know about you but it feels to me that things are getting better. Our nation and the economy still have it's problems, but a hint of positive change does seem to be in the air, doesn't it? Or maybe, it's that spring is on the way and I'm feeling optimistic. Truth be told, I'm a bit tired of

That pretty much says it all.
I’m going through such a tough time, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
What do you do when you keep giving and trying but you just can’t make any progress, instead you’re just going backwards and down?
No one wants to give a chance to someone who isn’t in their tightly defined clique.
Most of the time lately it seems that people don’t even want to share a smile or a kind word with someone who isn’t in their tightly defined clique.
All of my life I’ve helped people, made every effort to treat people the way I would like to be treated.
Now I need help but nothing is turning out.
I keep trying but I’m wearing down.

Okay, I agree with Dr.KEITH’S “LIFE LESSON”, but I can’t help but wonder why? I’m saying: RIGHT,RIGHT,RIGHT asI read the words, however I understand and can wholeheartedly understand Stephanies comments. I’m wondering, especially in my set of recent circumstances and what I’ve lived through in this past decade of my life, why I have any FAITH at all left in me? It’s almost like a curse, setting myself up for more disappointment, heartache and despair. ????

Why have we been forgiven? We haven’t deserved to be. This is a lesson in Grace. We, being sinful and deserving of death, were still extended the offer of grace. So- even those that would hurt you, abuse you, talk about you. We should bless. We should forgive. We are living epistles read of men daily. What do your actions say about your God?
Tough times are given to us to get closer to God. It is during these times that he is rebuilding us, casting us into the fire to purify us. Maybe he wants you to take the hurt from the cliquish situation and minister to someone else who feels that way too.
God,
I thank you right now for Stephanie. I thank you for her hurt and confusion. It is causing her to seek you, and get closer to you. Was that your will all along Lord? Please help her to see that even though this situation is not what she wants… that you are here to comfort her. Plcae someone in her path that she can minister to Lord. For in helping others- our hurts never seem as big as they were before. In Jesus’ name we pray.
Amen.
God Bless.
