Kutless2.jpgKutless had announceed that their song “The Feeling” is featured on the Rock Band 2 downloadable tracks that will be available November 4th.
Finally!
This song will be one of the 20-featured songs free to those who purchase Rock Band 2 on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii. The tracks will be made available on November 4th for PS3 and Xbox 360, with the Wii pack ready for download when Rock Band 2 ships to Nintendo’s console in December.
And there’s more.

Kutless and BEC Recordings are hosting a contest for fans to enter to win a massive entertainment package that includes a Playstation 3, Blu-ray player and family video suite, Rock Band 2 video game and instrument pack, signed Kutless poster and t-shirt. Whoa, that’s quite a package. To enter the online contest visit the BEC website. The contest runs through December 1, 2008.
We’ve been talking here for a while about Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and the new Christian Guitar Praise, and debating about whether it’s better to have a Christian version of the games or have Christian music available for the mainstream games.
Either way, I think it’s great that Kutless will be available for Rock Band 2. I’ve met the guys and they’re the real deal. They’ve had growing popularity in mainstream circles, and I love that they can mix quality rock music with a solid faith-based message. Just further proof that if you make good music, the world will listen.
Kutless is currently headlining the Creation Fest Tour through November 23. For tour dates, visit the Creation Fest Tour website.
