MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Hawk Nelson head out on Rock and Worship Roadshow

RockWorshipRoadshow.jpg This could be the tour of the spring, when the Rock and Worship Roadshow kicks off in March, with MercyMe, Jeremy Camp and Hawk Nelson, as well as new and burgeoning bands Tenth Avenue North and Addison Road.
The all ages show boasts an incredible $10 ticket price, and hits the following 20 cities:

3.21.08 – Pullman, WA – Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum

3.27.09 – Phoenix, AZ – US Airways Center
3.28.09 – Las Vegas, NV – Orleans Arena
3.29.09 – Fresno, CA – Savemart Center
4.2.09 – Baton Rouge, LA – River Center
4.3.09 – Dallas, TX – American Airlines Arena
4.4.09 – Oklahoma City, OK – Ford Center
4.5.09 – Bossier City, LA – Century Tel Center
4.9.09 – Denver, CO – Denver Coliseum
4.10.09 – Wichita, KS – Kansas Coliseum
4.11.09 – Springfield, MO – JQH Arena
4.16.09 – Columbus, OH – Schottenstein Center
4.17.09 – East Lansing, MI – Breslin Center
4.18.09 – Cedar Rapids, IA – US Cellular Center
4.19.09 – Springfield, IL – Prairie Capital Convention Center
In addition to great music, the tour is also helping kids with juvenile diabetes via Imagine A Cure, a non profit organization to support research that will lead to a cure and help those with medical needs around the world through Compassion International. Imagine A Cure was started by Bart Millard when his son Sam was diagnosed at age 2 with Type 1 diabetes.

The show in baton rouge was AWESOME! I really enjoyed it. All the bands were GREAT….Mercy Me and Jeremy Camp are better live than on their cd. I also really like the band 10th avenue north. This is definately your moneys worth!
