posted by Janice Taylor, Editor | 2:51pm Friday May 29, 2009

Most goals involve taking some kind of action, so it’s a good idea to have some idea as to where you’re going to start. Some people like to have a very detailed and step by step plan, while others like to tune into their intuitive impulses.
Weight Loss Coach logo.jpgEither way, it’s important to decide what you will do to get what you want.
This week’s Coach Yourself Thin questions:
What will you do to become thinner? healthier? happier?
What steps will you take?
Are you a step by step person?
Or do you like to follow your intuition?
What’s your plan look like?

How do you stop yourself?
What if weight loss were no longer a problem?

I am VERY interested in continuing my current wt. loss. I am on the insightful, instinct type of lifestyle change. Always *knew if it was to improve my health, I not only could do it, I *would do it!!! I’m doing it now but am at a spot where I need some assist.
Dropped 16 #’s in first 8 days since March 10th this yr….much of which was excess body fluid.
In hitting the first plateau, I persisted in increasing my water intake by 50% when at home. No problem when working. Broke that plateau.
Now my total to date wt. loss is 24#’s and am at my second plateau.
I do have a new *less interested outlook on food…still eating healthy organic produce and growing it, only eating in smaller quantities and not wanting more. Stretching it out to last longer and not tax my body w/ too much food at one time.
Janice I need your free consult on the 4 wk. wt. loss program you have listed, offered above this comment section. Will you please email me more about this offer. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Diane D. Martinez

NO-ONE WILL LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS THEY WANT TO! Stop dieting; keep track of everything that you eat each day. Secret information will help you to get the body that you want. Each day keep your body properly hydrated with plain water and definitely limit your sodium intake. Keep mindless grazing to a minimum. Remember; eat to live, don’t live to eat! A daily regimen is needed by everyone and that regimen includes proper nourishment. Diets and diet aids do not help anyone! The only way to successfully lose weight and get the body that you deserve is by using secret information. This information is in the book Lose Weight Using Four Easy Steps which can be ordered through the website http://www.bbotw.com Everyone who has gotten a copy of these secrets has lost weight and become healthier.
