I love your outlook on life, don't let the bad thoughts into you head. Of course they will stay there if they are there. I just got to keep a positive and good thought will bring good things. I would never say I can't lost weight. Because that would admit failure! I don't want to admit failure to my weight. I know there are other reasons for the weight gain now. It's stress and worry about my situation. After I fix that I think that I will be okay, just as I was before. I hoping so anyway? Thanks for the positive reinforcing thinking, you have set me straight now. I just got to remember daily and nightly not to forget. Later from Debrinconcita I belong to your group on beliefnet.com and Facebook. Thanks Lady, have a great day!
